Through the use of Klaviyo, Alecia setup the typical flows: Abandoned Carts, Product Launches, and Monthly Newsletters. After partnering with Polymatiks, Alecia was able to leverage the Polymatiks x Klaviyo integration, which delivered pre-made and fully customizable email templates in SeaMoss Blends’ Klaviyo account. These email templates embed each customer’s personalized offers that await them on the SeaMoss Blends online store. Alecia was then able to setup simple flows that would deliver these personalized emails to her customer base 48 hours prior to the personalized offers expiring. That’s next level email personalization, and Alecia loved this unique personalized customer experience for her customers!
