Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience, the Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in building our presence and cement our position in the market.

What you will do:
- Manage the company’s social media accounts and paid social media campaigns
- Manage company’s digital marketing
- Coordinate marketing events and engage audiences
- Create and manage email campaigns
- Create new content
- Be responsible for market research and trends
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of marketing experience
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding marketing goals
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
- Experience running digital and social media campaigns
- Proficient with design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Canva
- Video and photography skills
- Google analytics experience desired
- Experience with CRM tools such as Hubspot or Salesforce
- Creative and out of the box thinking
- A quick learner
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
