Director, Enterprise Sales

Polymatiks is an AI-powered SaaS 1:1 personalized offers platform that optimizes each individual customer’s journey by determining which set of products and corresponding discounts to offer at any step during that journey, reinforcing a continuous circle of re-engagement and retention. Built by experts in pricing, AI / ML, and technology, Polymatiks delivers quantifiable and substantial incremental sales and gross profits to retailers.

Reporting to the VP of Customer Experience and becoming a member of the executive team, the Director of Enterprise Sales will be responsible for setting and executing Polymatiks’ sales strategy, increasing our revenue and market share within the retail industry.  The right candidate will leverage their existing network of relationships with senior retail executives to generate revenue early, and their sales expertise to penetrate new enterprise retailers and expand their pipeline.

What you will do:

  • Develop Polymatiks’ sales strategy, and execute it successfully in-market
  • Demonstrate industry expertise, thought leadership, grasp of macro-economic environment and be a trusted advisor
  • Leverage your existing network of relationships with senior retail leaders to drive sales early
  • Generate new leads to develop and expand individual pipeline
  • Articulate the Polymatiks story, outstanding value proposition, and how Polymatiks’ solutions align with customer’s vision and address customer’s business issues
  • Drive sales process, repeatability, deal hygiene, forecast accuracy, and close opportunities effectively
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Annual target for the first year is $3M in ARR.
Our ideal candidate will have:
  • 10+ years of selling enterprise SaaS in the Retail industry
  • Proven experience selling complex software solutions to $50MM+ in revenue retailers
  • Demonstrated success calling on senior executives decision makers in large companies
  • Proven record of driving and closing large, complex sales
  • Proven leadership in sophisticated sales cycles resulting in 6 and 7 figure subscription commitments
  • Proven hunter with a strong desire to win and make an impact
  • Deep experience defining and developing marketing and lead generation strategies
  • Highly collaborative

Compensation package:

  • Base salary of $80K – $150K (depending on experience)
  • Commission:  10% – 20%
  • Stock options, because we all share in the success of the company
