Business Development Representative

Reporting to the VP of Customer Experience, the Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a crucial role in generating new enterprise business pipelines through strategic prospecting and account research.

What you will do:

  • Build and organize your book of business by cherry-picking the right accounts to reach out to, identify the right decision makers to formulate a personalized outreach strategy for each account
  • Build connections on LinkedIn and conduct high-level consultative conversations with mid to C-Level prospects.
  • Generate new business pipeline primarily through outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Create interest through multi-channels- cold calling, LinkedIn, and email across net new logos in assigned territory.
  • Partner with the Customer Experience team to identify and source net new pipeline.
  • Perform market research to target, and develop prospective accounts and then craft and deploy personalized email campaigns.
  • Make discovery calls and schedule product demos.
  • Use the CRM and other software tools to track progress with new prospects.
  • Demonstrate proficient email writing skills and implement creative outreach ideas to engage with potential clients.
Our ideal candidate will have:
  • 2 years experience as an SDR/ BDR in B2B outbound business development and sales, in SaaS/AI product companies.
  • Prior experience with tools like 6sense, SalesLoft, Zoominfo, and Hubspot.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize a large list of accounts.
  • You have a bias toward action in a fast-paced working environment and enjoy working independently.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Highly collaborative
